Purchasing Parts Company Inc. was incorporated in 1998, because we felt there was a real need for professional supply chain services in a lot of areas (power, manufacturing, industrial, commercial). Even the biggest businesses have “disconnects” in their Supply Chain. For most businesses a huge amount of their money and resources(not counting efficiency) are tied up in their supply chain. In most places this is the most neglected and “taken for granted” area. Our business is built around studying the individual business and creating an action plan to improve Supply Chain operations/functions. We do not stop there. We “walk the walk” not just the “talk”. We can implement what we suggest and/or oversee these process improvements. We take each business as unique with its own set of issues and opportunities. No two are the same, but they all have one thing in common. A dysfunctional Supply Chain has a major impact on costs and productivity. A good, well organized and professional Supply Chain is a real asset.
